Grove - Thumb Joystick is a Grove-compatible module that closely resembles the analog joystick found on PlayStation 5 (PS5) controllers. It features two ~10 kΩ potentiometers for the X and Y axes, which generate analog signals to control 2D movement. Additionally, the joystick includes a push button that can be used for special applications.

When in operation, the module outputs two analog values representing directional movement. Compared to a standard joystick, its output range is more limited (approximately 200 ~ 800). However, when the joystick is pressed, the X-axis value jumps to 1023, allowing the microcontroller (MCU) to detect the press action
